1970's Yuki draped dress
1970’s Yuki (Gnyuki Torimaru) maxi dress. This piece was part of a diffusion line collaboration with Rembrandt. Cut using his classic technique of a simple circle in a silky jersey fabric, the dress has just two seams allowing for a stunning draped silhouette with a free waist and hips. Sleeves are open with 2 frog closures each side allowing you to open / close the sleeves as desired and highlight the deep v neckline. Partial zip up front with hook and eye fastening. A dramatic piece that flatters all frames and is incredibly versatile - can be effortlessly dressed up or down. Colour - black (a slight blue undertone)
C. 1970’s.
One size - length 53”
Will suit a range of sizes from 8-16 depending on preference of fit.
Natasha is size 12-14 and 5”8.
100% jersey (synthetic). Overall very good condition. There is a mystery tie inside at the top of the chest that looks like it has been altered or shortened (possibly due to damage) in a previous life. Unclear on its original purpose but doesnt detract from wear or use.
