Returns

Retold is happy to offer refunds for full price online purchases of our general vintage collections (including Retold Bride) subject to the below conditons;

Conditions of online returns:

  • Please email us hello@retoldvintage.com within 14 days of receiving the item to request a refund. Any request made outside this period will not be accepted.

  • All original Retold tags must still be attached for a return to be accepted.

  • Garments must be returned in the condition they were sent in. We ask you to take extra care and please kindly avoid wearing sharp jewellery that may catch on delicate fabrics and please avoid make-up or self tan products that may mark when trying them on.

  • Retold is not liable for any additional damage that incurs whilst the item is in your care and any marks / damage noted will be subject to a cleaning / repair fee on return and may affect the validity of the refund.

  • Due to being a small business we must receive the item back within 7 days of us approving the return. Any return received after this point will be issued as a credit note or exchange.

  • Collaborations; returns will be based on the policy owned by the brand we are collaborating with and you should refer to their website for further details.

  • All refunds are processed Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

Sale items

All sales are final on discounted archive and seasonal sale items and are non refundable or exchangeable

The condition of each individual item will vary. Please shop responsibly and take the time to review photos and descriptions before committing to purchase. We are always happy to provide further measurements and photographs if required.

Return Shipping - UK

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to us safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked, we will refund / credit you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs.


Return Shipping - International / EU

We advise you to label all returns as RETURNED GOODS as this can help avoids any customs / duty being applied (although please note this may not always avoid charges, this is beyond our control and comes down to HMRC customs and duty checks.) As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs and you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges when sending an item back. Any charges that do get applied will be deductible from your refund, if refused the item will be returned back to you at your own expense.


Conditions of Open Studio purchases:

All sales at at our Open Studio including our bridal pieces are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.

All sales at markets / pop ups / external events are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.
