Layaway

Layaway is available on all items (excluding sale) over £300.00 from 48 hours after the item was originally listed.

How it works:

  • Please initially contact us through our website to request layaway and these will be approved on a case by case basis.

  • Items £300- £900 will be offered on a 30 day term with two equal installments.

  • Items over £900 qualifies for a 60 day term with three equal instalments.

  • We will create a private listing for you which will note the due date for each payment.

  • You have 14 days to change your mind where your first installment will be refundable.

  • Any late payments or failure to complete the installment plan will result in loss of any installments already made. We understand circumstances may change so please contact us if there are any delays at your end and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Items are not marked sold until the initial payment has been received.

  • Receipt of the first payment confirms agreement to our terms and conditions. These will also be laid out to you when enquiring.

An important message about layaway;

Here at Retold we always encourage responsible and conscious consumption and we do not encourage shopping beyond your budget. Please do not set up a layaway if you are not confident you can committ to the payments. Note this is not a credit / financial service with a third party company such a ClearPay or Klarna, you will be entering an agreement directly with Retold, thus agreeing to our terms and conditions. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Reserves

We offer reserves on items for up to 7 days. Reserves are only available 24 hours after the item has been listed.

If you would like to reserve an item for a longer period, a non-refundable deposit will be required equalling 10% value of the item.

Trade appointments:

If you are a stylist or a designer and would like to make an appointment to view our collections please click here to enquire about availability. Our collection is available to both hire and purchase.

Editorial loans;

We welcome editorial requests, please click here to enquire about availability. Please note a service charge will be applied for all editorial loans to cover cleaning costs and a holding deposit will be required. Archive pieces are also subject to individual hire fee’s.
