A contract between retoldvintage.com and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received.

All images shown on the web site are the property of Retold and its registered owner. Where distributed all images must be attributed and credited to Retold. 

Retold will not refund towards orders marked as delivered with a Royal Mail / courier tracking number and proof of postage. Retold will also not be responsible for any parcels missing where a third party has been nominated by you to accept the parcel on your behalf. It is also your responsibility to ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. Please check all details before payment. 

Retold Vintage is happy to offer refunds for all full price online purchases. Please email clare@retoldvintage.com within 14 days of you receiving the item to request a refund. All original Retold and Retold Bride tags must still be attached for a refund to be accepted.

All sales are final on discounted items and non-refundable.

All sales at at our open studio events including our bridal pieces are sold as seen and non-refundable. Please ensure you check your items thoroughly before committing to your purchase.

For collaboration, returns will be based on the policy owned by the brand we are collaborating with and you should refer to their website for further details.

You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back to Retold safely. Once we have received the item back and it’s been checked we will refund you the original amount minus the initial shipping costs or we are also happy to offer a credit to be used on the website. 

Retold does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges or local sales tax.  

Retold does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries. Please check with your local authority before committing to purchase.

In the event of a dispute it will be determined by the courts of England and Wales
